What to Expect: 

Request to Book Appointment: 

I will review your request and you will receive an emailed notification to confirm your booking time.

Day of Appointment: 

I will arrive to your home, up to 5-10 mins prior to the appointment time for set up. Ensure you have your list of questions / concern, relevant documents documents and dressed appropriately for the appointment. 

Payment: 

Processed via cash, credit card or E-transfer.

Billing and Insurance: 

Once payment has been received, you will be emailed a receipt to submit directly to your insurance provider.
